Collette’s success includes its dedicated, passionate employees, and the company commissioned Ahlers Designs to create a sculptural award—one that expresses the deep gratitude Collette maintains for its employees’ achievements and contributions.

Gail Ahlers crafted the sculpture from reclaimed and recycled materials. Ireland is of special significance to the Sullivan family and Collette, and the sculpture features the Flax flower and Shamrock—two prominent Irish symbols imbued with tradition. The petal colors represent draw from Collette’s own logo, as does the intricate steel-cut globe. The design was encased in a beautiful wood frame
